These terms govern your use of the online store operated by Seha Pharmaceuticals Trading LLC (Seha). In these terms, the website or application where these terms appear is called the Store. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies referred to in them.

1. Who may use the Store

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. If you place an order for someone else, you confirm that you have authority to provide their delivery details and accept these terms for the transaction.

2. Health information

Product descriptions and other Store content provide general information. They do not provide medical advice or a diagnosis. They also do not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Read the label before use. Follow the stated directions and warnings. Ask a healthcare professional before using a supplement if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. The same applies if you take medication or have a medical condition. Stop using a product and seek appropriate advice if you experience an adverse reaction.

Individual results may differ. Product claims apply only to the extent authorised for the product and supported by its approved information.

3. Product information

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Packaging or labelling may change when a manufacturer updates it. Images may differ slightly from the product delivered because of screen settings or packaging updates.

The product label and accompanying instructions take priority over general Store content if there is a difference. Contact us before use if the product received differs materially from the listing.

4. Availability

Products are offered subject to stock and any regulatory restriction. Adding an item to a basket does not reserve it. We may limit quantities when needed for safety or fair availability.

If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you and refund the amount paid for that item. We may offer an alternative only with your agreement.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in UAE dirhams. Applicable tax and delivery charges will be shown during checkout. A delivery charge will not be added after purchase unless you agree to a separate service.

Payment must be made through an accepted method shown at checkout. Payment services may be provided by a third party. Their terms may apply to the payment service.

We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before accepting an order. If payment was already taken, we will give you the choice to accept the corrected terms or receive a refund.

6. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy the selected products. An automated confirmation means that we received the order. Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch or otherwise state that the order has been accepted.

We may refuse or cancel an order where payment is not authorised or a product is unavailable. We may also act where the order appears fraudulent or breaches a legal restriction. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the affected amount.

7. Delivery

Delivery is governed by the Shipping policy. The delivery area and estimated timing appear at checkout or in the order confirmation. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring access to the address.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by the Return policy. Mandatory UAE consumer rights continue to apply.

9. Promotions

A promotion may have additional terms shown with the offer. Unless those terms say otherwise, a promotion cannot be combined with another discount. It has no cash value and may end on the announced date.

We may refuse a promotion that has expired or been altered. We may also refuse one that is used contrary to its stated conditions.

10. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping account credentials private. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend an account to protect the customer or Store while we investigate.

Information supplied through an account must be accurate. Update it when it changes. We may close an account used for fraud or unlawful activity.

11. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the Store for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Interfere with Store security or operation
• Introduce malware or harmful code
• Scrape or copy Store content through automated means without permission
• Misrepresent your identity or payment authority
• Use product information to make unlawful medical or advertising claims

12. Intellectual property

The Store and its original content are owned by Seha or used with permission. This includes text and product photography. It also includes logos and the Store design.

You may use the Store for personal shopping. You may not reproduce or publish Store content for a commercial purpose without written permission from the relevant rights holder.

13. Reviews and other submissions

If you submit a review or other content, you confirm that it is accurate and based on your genuine experience. It must not infringe another person's rights or contain unlawful material.

You give Seha a non-exclusive licence to display and reproduce the submitted content for Store operation and marketing. You retain ownership of your content. We may remove content that breaches these terms or applicable law.

14. Third-party services and links

The Store may rely on third parties for hosting and payment. It may also rely on couriers or other services. Third-party services may have separate terms.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience. We do not control their content or availability. Visiting an external website is subject to that provider's terms.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal data. By using the Store, you acknowledge that policy.

16. Store availability

We aim to keep the Store available. Maintenance or a technical incident may interrupt access. We may change or withdraw a Store feature where reasonably necessary.

17. Responsibility

We are responsible for obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits a mandatory consumer right or liability arising from fraud. It also does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a limit is unlawful.

To the extent permitted by law, Seha is not responsible for an indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the order was accepted. Seha is also not responsible for delay caused by an event outside its reasonable control. We will still take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of the event and perform any obligation required by law.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the Store changes or when legal requirements change. The version published when you place an order will govern that order unless a mandatory legal change applies.

19. General terms

If a court finds one provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.

We may transfer our rights or obligations as part of a business reorganisation if this does not reduce your mandatory rights. You may transfer your rights only where the law allows or we agree in writing.

20. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The competent courts of the United Arab Emirates or the relevant Emirate will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection process.
